This UX/UI case study focuses on creating an intuitive, user-centered experience that enhances users to easily discover services, build connections, and access support when they need it most. Many women struggle to find reliable information about local support services because resources are often scattered across different organizations with inconsistent websites and navigation. During stressful situations, spending time searching through multiple platforms can become an additional obstacle. The goal was to simplify that experience by bringing essential information together in one easy-to-use application. The project began by reviewing existing community resource platforms to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Common issues included confusing navigation, cluttered layouts, and information that was difficult to browse. From this research, three priorities became clear: users needed to find resources quickly, understand available services without feeling overwhelmed, and navigate an interface that felt welcoming rather than clinical.
